Peloton is a fitness app that has thousands of workouts that include strength training, running, yoga, HIIT, meditation and more, with both live classes and guided workouts to choose from. Available on both the Apple store and Google play for $16.99/month with a 30 day free trial

FitOn is a fitness and wellness app with custom workout programs that include cardio, pilates, strength and more, yoga and meditation classes, personalised meal plans and targeted motivation. Available on both the Apple store on Google play. A basic version of the app is available for free, which includes unlimited workouts.​

The Nike Training Club app is a free fitness program with over 300 workouts available for all experience levels, with home and gym workouts, yoga, mindfulness, HIIT, nutrition, strength training and more. Available on both the Apple store and Google play for free.

Down Dog is a series of 5 apps each focused on a different fitness area, including yoga, HIIT, meditation and barre, with the yoga app being rated #1 on the Apple store. With beginner friendly workouts you can choose from a variety of teachers to guide you through your classes from the comfort of your own home.
